ci: group Dependabot security-update PRs - #21

Dependabot groups apply to scheduled version updates unless they say `applies-to: security-updates`, so every advisory opened its own PR. Add a `security` group to each npm entry, so a burst of advisories arrives as one PR. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <[email protected]>

The
minor-and-patchgroups only cover scheduled version updates. Security updates open the day an advisory is published, one PR per package, because a group only covers them if it saysapplies-to: security-updates.This adds a
securitygroup (applies-to: security-updates, all packages) to each npm entry, so a burst of advisories arrives as one PR. Config only. Same change as devicecloud-dev/back-office#555.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
