Summary

  • Bump DPI to 2026.10.16.523 and report when Logs Ingestion Endpoint+RuleId are set (SharedKey+WorkspaceId remains a fallback).
  • GitHub Actions: TRUSTED_INGEST on main/develop push and workflow_dispatch, azure/login@v3 OIDC, inject NuGetReportSettings_Endpoint/RuleId only on trusted refs.
  • Stop injecting Data Collector SharedKey/WorkspaceId so the new DPI tool does not hit mixed-mode validation.

Test plan

  • PR CI stays on analyze (no ingest; OIDC is not federated for pull_request).
  • After merge to develop (or main for the blog), Azure login succeeds and DPI reports via Logs Ingestion.

Use OIDC plus Endpoint/RuleId on trusted main/develop refs so reports go to the Logs Ingestion API instead of the Data Collector API.
