The environment FAIL IF in docs/specs/security-ci.md (the one starting "any GitHub environment except hosted-preview admits…") ends with a "Today:" list of each environment and the ruleset that gates its refs. That list doesn't include the new blyg-publish environment. Please add blyg-publish there (main admin-only via Merge access, plus v* tag), so an auditor reading that line can check the new environment without having to work it out from the secret inventory.

Dormouse now has a stock Blygger Studio at https://blyg.dormouse.sh/ with its own D1 database, media bucket, and private Webmention inbox. The deployment pins the official 0.36.1 archive by SHA-256 and keeps the application unmodified.
A publisher synchronizes stable, public GitHub releases from
CHANGELOG.md: one stable item per release, permanent pins for each revision, no revision bump for unchanged text, and recovery after interrupted create/update/publish requests. It refuses conflicting drafts and withdrawn entries. The workflow runs on release publication, changelog changes on main, and manual dispatch, using only reviewed main and a dedicated environment restricted to main and v* tags.Stock Studio tokens expire after 30 days. The included hidden-input renewal helper creates scoped read/draft/publish access and pipes it directly into the environment secret; credentials are not written to files or command arguments. Deployment, renewal, backup, and citation instructions are in
deploy/blyg/README.md.Validation: All 385 root-script tests passed; spec, Markdown and workflow lints passed; Wrangler dry-run passed under pinned Node. The live public page, manifest, RSS and archive return 200; unauthenticated settings returns 401; 16 historical releases and their pins were verified. The first workflow run will remove a visible tracking comment from those entries while retaining their IDs and previous pins.
