Corrects the current 1.2.1 plain-text license inventory version header so it no longer attributes this release candidate to the superseded freeze ticket. Historical 1.2.0 marketing-log entries remain unchanged.
Validation:
tests/test_metadata.pypassed (30 tests, Python 3.12.10);git diff --checkpassed. The commit includes the repository DCO sign-off. No tag or release asset is created by this PR.
