feat: add a displayName to every info.json entry

Follow-up to #86, which made each info.json entry's name the name the plugin reports about itself. That makes name an id rather than something to show: g-plane/malva is dprint_plugin_malva.

This gives every entry a displayName, set to what its name was before #86:

• The homepage shows displayName (falling back to name for data cached before this), which replaces deriving what to show from repo by stripping dprint/ and dprint-plugin-. Plugins are listed the same as they are now.
• fix: show plugin display names and dim file extensions in plugin prompts dprint#1301 has the CLI show it in the dprint init and dprint add prompts.
