dschep/install-pipenv-action is unmaintained and no longer works. Switch the script to PEP 723 inline dependency metadata and run it with uv in CI, dropping Pipfile/Pipfile.lock. Also fix the broken dependabot.yml (invalid indentation had nested github-actions under pip) and drop the pip ecosystem entry since there's no longer a lockfile for it to track.

For reasons I don't understand, the action failed in my fork: https://github.com/hroncok/python-release-schedule-ical/actions/runs/37915062457/job/113769108782

Oh, I see. The action is always cloning this repo, due to:

    - uses: actions/checkout@v4
      with:
        repository: fedora-python/python-release-schedule-ical

Hence, it is executing the script without my modifications. This will "fix" itself when merged, but I'd remove that part anyway.
