This moves some helper functions for creating self signed certificates and Rustls configuration from the attested-tls-proxy crate to the more generic attested-tls crate. This makes it easier to use them without needing both crates as a dependency.
It also adds an additional helper function for creating server self-signed cert and a server config using it.
Also included is an example which demonstrates an attested TLS http2 server using self signed certificate.
