Also refreshes the lockfile (memmap2 0.9.12); every direct dependency is already on its latest release. libc stays held at 0.2.189: no newer 0.2.x restores `in6_ifreq` on iOS, and the netdev fix (shellrow/netdev#192) is still unmerged as of netdev 0.46.3.
