After merging #146 to main and using the release candidate in the internal SDK, some unit tests failed due to pyspark being eagerly loaded when it should not be (Function workloads shouldn't do that). The intent here is to prevent that loading until the runtime detects that pyspark has already been loaded, then installs the hooks as before.
