Sítio now lives in gamestudio42/sitio. Drop apps/sitio, packages/sitio, its art pipeline and unit tests, and point the lobby card at https://gamestudio42.github.io/sitio/ like Urbe and Neo Urbe. Sítio now lives in gamestudio42/sitio. This removes it from Plot 42 and links to it externally, the same way Urbe and Neo Urbe work.
