feat(lobby): list studio games first and use Play on every card - #5

- The "Studio games" shelf (external sites) now comes before the "Play here" sandbox shelf, and the filter chips follow the same order. - External cards and the featured banner use the same filled Play button as the sandbox cards instead of an outlined "Open site" link. The "External site" badge on the cover still marks where it goes. - Drop the now unused openSite strings; playHere becomes play.
