Updates the Street_Fighter game (added in #2743) to the latest version from AadityaPanda/Street_Fighter.

  • The wizard (player 2) is now AI-controlled: it chases, retreats when low on health, jumps and picks close/long-range attacks.
  • New in-game controls guide screen, USER/COMPUTER labels and a main-menu button during a match.
  • README rewritten for the single-player game; fixes the broken pip install -r command (now pip install -r docs/requirements.txt).

Only Street_Fighter/src/main.py, Street_Fighter/src/fighter.py and Street_Fighter/docs/README.md change; no new dependencies.

Credit: the single-player AI opponent and controls screen were contributed by @Prakashtiwari7415 in AadityaPanda/Street_Fighter#5.
