Syncs the action runtime with gh-aw v0.93.5, adding failure diagnostics, shared parsing helpers, and container dependency updates.
Changes:
- Adds driver-error classification, per-attempt summary logging, and richer incomplete-output reports.

- Raises dependency minimums in the safe-output container.
