Plan and question services now commit decision records and their document projections through the same fenced persistence path. Browser edits to protected projections are checked against Plan authority; scoped hosted tools use the same validated services, and discard/reopen routes are active.
The normal
revise_open_decisionhosted-tool registration remains deferred until the UI card listener is added. Its direct factory and permission boundary are tested now; the temporary registration assertion is tracked for restoration in the UI layer.This layer changes 175 files (58 source, 117 tests/helpers): source +5,384/−810 lines and tests/helpers +11,862/−78. Validation: 418 core and compatibility tests, 58 memory-adapter tests, 67 PostgreSQL-adapter tests on an isolated fresh database, eight focused Chromium phone runs, three protected-card and research browser regressions,
bun run types, andbun run ci. PostgreSQL coverage includes fresh-process conversation reconstruction. The phone fixture now seeds matching canonical records and opens the canonical document path; the legacy alias briefly mounted both outgoing and incoming workspaces during its redirect.
