The docker-compose file used to run Weaviate for the ragserver
examples pins Weaviate 1.25.2, which is long out of support.
Weaviate 1.39.13 is built with Go 1.26.10, which makes crypto/x509
reject certificate chains containing the leaked eMudhra intermediate
certificates (CVE-2026-111943, golang/go#82345).

The compose setup starts from an empty database and does not mount
a volume, so no data migration is involved.

Tested by running the image with the compose settings and exercising
the Weaviate code paths of ragserver, ragserver-langchaingo and
ragserver-genkit (schema creation, batch insert, nearVector query)
with their pinned client versions.
