…d allowed the behat env on Symfony 8.1 Kernels A package pulled to a new major by dependencies.json (DoctrineBundle 2 -> 3 on PHP 8.4) kept the configuration of its old recipe, and Symfony 8.1's framework-bundle recipe ships a Kernel that rejects APP_ENV=behat.

…cing a version and failed on a half-upgraded tree Flex had pinned symfony/framework-bundle to 7.4.* in the project, so the forced 8.1 run kept it on 7.4 while other components moved to 8.1 and still passed.

symfony-versioninput)Description:
The 6.0 packages are being widened to
symfony/* ^7.4 || ^8.1. To prove a project works on 8.1 before the editions flip, browser tests need a project forced to 8.1, but website-skeleton pinsextra.symfony.require: 7.4.*. WhenSYMFONY_VERSIONis set, the 6.0 script overrides it right aftercreate-project; unset, nothing changes, so every current caller is unaffected. Two more things the 8.1 regression run (oss#294) hit, both fixed here for any build, not only forced ones:
use_savepointsetc.) and 3.3 afterdependencies.jsonis applied, which then rejects that config. The script now snapshots installed versions around that update and runscomposer recipes:updatefor every package that changed version and has an outdated recipe (the same step a project upgrading to DoctrineBundle 3 needs). Builds where nothing moves are unchanged.getAllowedEnvs(): ['prod', 'dev', 'test'], which rejectsAPP_ENV=behat. The script addsbehatthere when the method exists (no-op on 7.4 Kernels); the skeleton's first update runs its scripts only after that.Merge before the gh-workflows PR: the other order would make the new input a silent no-op (a "green on 8.1" run that is really 7.4).
For QA:
Exercised by oss#294 setup 4.
