SaaS version of #3414
Preview: Headless frontend preview in Page Builder
This is a first round with what is known for now.
It will be updated in the future with dev kits for several JS framework, how to convert DocBook to HTML and maybe some tips for other complicated block contents, SiteAccess configuration enhancement, etc.
