• Terminal-level end-to-end tests now run inside go test, driven by gookit/gopty's ptytest fixture. e2e_pty_test.go runs the built example app (./_examples/cliapp) on a real pty — unix uses creack/pty, Windows uses ConPTY — and covers the cases the old scripts covered: an empty answer is asked exactly once and the typed value is used, an option given (--token x) is not asked, -h never asks, a shared (inherited) option is asked once at the executing command and the leaf reads the collected value, and the cliui interact confirm/read prompts. The Python PTY smoke scripts (scripts/ptysmoke) and the Windows console driver (scripts/wincons) they replace are gone (~926 lines), so CI needs neither Python nor a console driver; go test ./... -short skips the terminal cases.
• Requires Go 1.23 or newer (the module go directive, was 1.22). The test dependency github.com/gookit/gopty v0.1.1 declares the same floor and keeps golang.org/x/sys at v0.30.0, so no module in the build list asks for Go 1.24+.
• Bump github.com/gookit/gopty to v0.1.1 (test dependency; it fixes the wincons references in its docs and adds its own CI).

• Duplicate-bind panics now include the command path. When an option (or argument) is bound twice on the same command, the panic message now appends in command '<path>' (e.g. redefined option flag 'dry-run' in command 'git branch'), making the offending command easy to locate. The command's flag set is now named by its full path (Command.Path()); the flag-set name is only used for such diagnostics, so help output is unaffected.
• Bump github.com/gookit/cliui to v0.5.3. v0.5.1 changed interact.Confirm/Unconfirmed/AnswerIsYes to return (bool, error), which broke the builtin package build; v0.5.2/v0.5.3 restore the legacy signatures (and add *E variants), so no code change is needed.

Fixed

• Shared (inherited) options keep their metadata and are handled once, at the executing command. gflag.Parser.InheritOptsFrom used to copy a subset of the option metadata, so an inherited option lost its default value — a ${ENV_VAR} default was rendered as the resolved value in help, leaking it (e.g. a token) — lost Hidden (hidden options showed up in sub-command help) and lost its type (reported as var, so TakesValue() was wrong for bool flags, breaking value completion). It now copies the full metadata. Required / Validator / Collector / Question / Handler are stripped from the per-command merged copies and handled once by Command.prepareSharedOpts() when the executing command runs, with the final value (order: collect → required →
