…nload deny The hosts panel showed the raw reason code; with h3-studio#901 a host can be denied automatically (automatic_slow_download). Known reasons now read as words in zh/en; unknown codes still show as-is.

host.policy.reason_coderaw. h3-studio#901 adds an automatic deny (automatic_slow_download, a host whose model download measured under 50 MB/s).hostReasonTextmaps the four known reasons to zh/en words (自动禁止：模型下载太慢 / denied automatically: model download too slow, etc.); unknown codes still show as-is. Test added; suite 902 pass.
