Audit result: Interscript's purpose is turning transliteration standards from paper tables into executable, verifiable software — one ISC corpus, provably identical runtimes, neural models under the same proof regime. Direction: SOTA everywhere via the config-driven spine, contract-first distribution, the spec as the standard, ecosystem surfaces. CLAUDE.md captures the operational laws for agents.

Carries the 2026-10-19 project audit into the docs: the purpose statement (paper tables to executable, verifiable software) and the four direction thrusts, plus a CLAUDE.md with the operational laws agents keep re-deriving (ship gates, HF Jobs discipline, byte-table and attention-mask contracts, data channel, license rules).
