The index pointed at fas-diac-base-1.0.zip (404); the shipped asset is fas-diac-base-1.0-fp16.zip, sha256-verified identical to the index's recorded digest (974eddac...). Published index-v12 asset + sidecar already repaired server-side; this fixes the repo copy.

The index url for fas-diac-base-1.0 404s (points at fas-diac-base-1.0.zip; the shipped asset is -fp16.zip). Asset sha256 verified identical to the index digest (974eddac...) before the repair. The published index-v12 yaml + sidecar were repaired in place (content digest unchanged, locator corrected); this PR fixes the repo copy.
Found by the C1 conformance-matrix wiring (WO71): the fixture run resolves each model url from the index.
