…ger status sweep New: WO81 VRR metric (B3 closure requirement), WO82 Thai IPA/IPA+tone layers, WO83 exporter fp32-IO default (WO79 follow-through), WO84 train-repo hygiene, WO85 this sweep, WO86 B8 intake doc. Sweep: WO57-78 Status headers updated to verified state (evidence: merged PRs, CI, gates) — C1/C2 DONE, A3 mostly-done, A4 9/13 rulings, B3 stage-2 running, B6 RTGS landed, E1/E2 drafted. Headers had lagged execution; a ledger that lies about state is worse than none.

Adds the six work orders identified in the completeness audit (VRR metric; Thai IPA/IPA+tone layers; exporter fp32-IO default; interscript-train hygiene; this sweep; B8 intake doc) and sweeps the WO57-78
