… E3 bundle staged to the bucket The catalogue is generated, never hand-maintained (33 models with per-metric protocol+anchor). The E3 frozen bundle (vrr-verdict.json + catalogue + sha256 sidecar) is staged at bucket run-081-e3-bundle/ — the citable GitHub release itself waits for the owner's tag approval per the no-tags-without-approval law.

D3's data layer:
docs/catalogue/models-catalogue.json— 33 models with metrics (protocol + anchor per C2), sizes, sha256s, and status, generated frommodels.yaml+ the released index so it can never drift from the source of truth. The site consumes this file.E3: the frozen bundle (VRR verdict + catalogue + sidecar) is staged on the bucket; the citable release needs the owner's tag approval.
