…arget (owner decision) Target = phonemic-with-tone from Thai orthography; 'g2p' underspecifies (RTGS romanization is loosely g2p too). Fixture + catalogue follow. Phase 2 (document-then-rename the legacy 33) tracked as a WO — blanket renaming without documented targets would fabricate.

Owner decision: model names target the output convention. The release candidate becomes tha-phonemic-1.0 (target: phonemic-with-tone from Thai orthography) — fixture and catalogue follow. Pre-publish, so the rename is free.
Phase 2 (the legacy 33) cannot rename today: none of the entries documents its output target convention, and a blanket rename would fabricate. The accurate path is a document-then-rename program (decode rows per model through the reference loader, rename with evidence, old ids become aliases in index-v13).
