The B8 prerequisite: a contributor can now onboard a language without reading the pipeline — what to bring (authority doc and/or licensed corpus), the two YAML shapes verbatim, the eval-set honesty rule, the gate walkthrough, and where the worked example lives. Closes the framework-bug clause: if the doc is insufficient, that's a filed bug, not a workaround.
