The multi-task IPA+Latn model scores dev CER 24.50% on the like-for-like split — beats the legacy artifact (27.57%) by 3+ points. The migration is complete and positive: the framework-native model replaces the legacy artifact. Next: export → fixtures → gates → publish as khm-phonemic-1.0 (owner id/version call).
