Summary
Records the Church Slavonic and Rumanian Cyrillic maps (BS 2979 Tables D and E, maps PR #221) in WO91: the glyph-variant i-rows, the yus readings, the distinct uk renderings in the two tables (macron vs breve), the fita/izhitsa dot diagnostics at 20x, the k-as-c context rule, and the semiyus codepoint correction (U+A64E/A64F semiyus, not the lookalike neutral yer).
