Summary
Appends the attempt-2 record to WO68: the shipped khm-phonemic-1.0 labels the 75,039-word license-clear SBBIC list with IPA readings and confidence scores (run-082b, HF job rhtse/6ae33c0441e90535df78b820); stage B filters on confidence and retrains, with held-out validation against the correlated-teacher negative. The path reaches for CER < 15 without SEAlang / Chuon Nath.
