Summary
Records the matched-surface B2 verdict (student 40.25% CER / EM 52.4% vs phonemic teacher 47.15% / EM 44.6% on the identical 895 translit test rows — the 57K SBBIC weak labels beat the teacher on its own surface, with the caveat that this is not a khm-latn lineage benchmark) and the convention-correct attempt 3 now running: SBBIC labeled with the shipped khm-latn-1.0 artifact, gated against the teacher on the identical split (the lineage comparison vs the 27.4 band).
