Summary
Visual read of the PD 6505:1982 scan (49 pp, no text layer) corrects the ledger: the document is the Guide to the Romanization of Korean (UDC 003.353:003.571), not a Cyrillic table. Its system is BSI's own mechanical scheme — vowels /ai/ /ei/ /yai/ /yei/, ㅡ = w, compound vowels as component concatenations (ㅘ=oa, ㅙ=oai, ㅚ=oi, ㅝ=ue, ㅞ=uei, ㅟ=ui, ㅢ=wi) — decidedly not McCune-Reischauer. Core letter tables, syllable mechanics (3.1-3.8), N/S orthography rules, punctuation and word-separation sections captured; the numbered rule sections (11.x, incl. 11.15 with tables) span pages 10-30. Transcription continues toward maps/bsi-kor-Kore-Latn-6505-1982.isc.
