Summary
TODO.all-sys/ = INDEX + 12 fully-specified work orders covering every remaining stream: the five ALA-LC batches (44 systems, sources local), DIN columns, PD 6505 promotion, ISO gaps, ICAO/UNGEGN diffs, B3 release, the staged Urdu campaign, and the owner-held gates (recorded, never worked around). Terminal: every identified system has a tested ISC map live on the site.
