## Packaging defect (found 2026-11-03): tha-phonemic-1.0.zip

The RELEASED tha-phonemic-1.0.zip on GitHub Releases carries the
internal model id `tha-g2p-lex-1.0` (the pre-rename id) instead of
`tha-phonemic-1.0`. Loaders that key on the artifact's declared id
will mismatch. OWNER DECISION: re-release the zip with the corrected
internal id (same-release asset swap or a new release — owner's call);
consumers in the meantime should key on sha256, not the internal id.
