… khm-phonemic-1.0 models.yaml pins it (run-090-khm-multi oepoch-2 metrics) and the release assets are live. Withdraws the khm-latn-2.0 recommendation, which re-derived an id for a published model.

models.yaml + the live release show the successor shipped as khm-phonemic-1.0 (run-090-khm-multi lineage). Withdraws yesterday's khm-latn-2.0 recommendation which treated a published model as pending.
