Execution log for WO16 (ISC-WF-1): the workflow-extension layer landed end-to-end — spec merged (maps #259), golden additivity gate (rs), ruby reference (#834), python (#833), TS constraint fix (#124) + TS runtime (#125), artifact-build resolution (maps #260), Thai leading-vowel pilots (#261), website docs (site #228). Records the §4.2.6 override-placement amendment with its TDD evidence, the ISO 9 pilot dissolution (PDF validation showed the printed table has one Latin rendering per row — comma-below is in the Cyrillic column; the map is faithful), the flaky ML funcall spec fix (#835, open), and the still-in-flight RS runtime with verification commands for every claim.
