… over maps + models Ports the secryst crystal (loader/model/plane/registry/tokens, 20 ported tests) into interscript as an optional [ml] extra. transliterate dispatches map ids to the rule engine and model ids to the ML runtime by index kind (plane vs seq2seq); index pinned at index-v7; env vars INTERSCRIPT_ML_INDEX/CACHE with SECRYST_* legacy aliases.

Phase 1 of the migration: the neural runtime folds into the interscript package. One entry point: transliterate(id, text) runs rule maps or neural models, dispatched by index kind (plane vs seq2seq). ML deps move to the optional [ml] extra so the core stays lean. Index pinned at index-v7; INTERSCRIPT_ML_INDEX/CACHE env vars with SECRYST_* deprecated aliases. 22 ported+new tests green, core suite unregressed (52 passed). TDD on the dispatch (RED verified first).
