…ease flow The README pointed at a nonexistent README.adoc and a nonexistent interscript-ml repo, and predated 3.2.0 (Interscript::ML in the gem). Now: purpose statement, real install/usage, the neural runtime, the phonological layer, development and release facts. CLAUDE.md captures the operational laws (canonical main, spec gates, trusted publishing, maps pin).
