The release workflow checked out the monorepo and shipped the monorepo's ruby/ tree — the v3.2.0 gem on rubygems does not contain this repo's decode fixes (512-step cap, UTF-8 scrub). 3.2.1 ships them: the workflow checks out the tagged ref, runs this repo's suite, builds from its gemspec, publishes via the API-key secret.
