feat: full systems catalog — descriptions + invertibility verdicts on every system - #219

…lity verdicts Regenerate maps-catalogue.json from the current corpus (289 -> 318) and merge the invertibility verdicts from the maps coverage ledger into every entry. The catalogue cards now show each system's description and a verdict chip (lossless 1:1 / lossy many-to-one / context-only) with a new verdict filter; per-system pages state the verdict and pair counts. Sync public/maps to the current corpus (+29 new maps, 14 refreshed) so the live previews cover the new systems. Add the Coverage and Gaps doc (implemented vs open queues, owner-held gates). Fix a pre-existing whitespace-guard violation in the IS-1 language page. Note: the corpus-side stale short-code duplicates (bgnpcgn-av-/cv-/os-) are excluded from the site copy and flagged upstream; the din-yid id suffix fix landed as maps PR #226.
