feat: catalogue refresh to 402 systems + runtime .isc backfill - #223

Regenerated maps-catalogue.json from the current corpus: adds the 62 DIN 1460-2 columns, 14 ALA-LC 2011-2025 maps, DIN 31635/32708, BSI 6505 Korean, the ICAO Amd-1 alignment metadata, and icao-mul-Latn-Latn-2015. Copies the three bgnpcgn .isc files that public/maps lacked (their live previews 404ed). The catalogue-total test now matches the rendered count generically instead of the hardcoded 318.
…shape The page's row() mapping dropped status/pair but the template still read m.status/m.pair - astro check (ts2339) broke the build. The pair now derives from the entry's scripts; the status attribute is gone (no status field in the registry shape). Build clean, 255/255 tests.

Site-accuracy pass: catalogue 318 -> 402 (regenerated from the corpus), the three missing public/maps .isc files restored (live previews worked again), catalogue-total smoke test de-hardcoded. 255/255 vitest green, astro build clean. Note for a follow-up: /api/systems SSR route 404s on the static Pages deploy (needs a Node host or route removal) - architectural, recorded not attempted here.
