Summary
Re-lands #2179 onto main. That pull request merged into
feat/hardware-daily-aggregate-tablesafter #2180 had already squash-merged that branch, so0022_lab_dailynever reached main.This adds
lab_dailyas0022_lab_daily. It depends on0021_hardwaredailybuilds_hardwaredailytests, which is already on main.#2176 serves the labs listing from this table. Merge this before that.
