Adds the OpenTelemetry middleware for Echo v4 to the official middleware table.
github.com/labstack/echo-otel/v4(v4.0.0) lives on thev4branch of labstack/echo-otel. It is the replacement for the deprecatedotelechofrom opentelemetry-go-contrib for applications that stay on Echo v4.
