LoopFollow reads the APNS environment from the Nightscout profile that Loop uploads and shows it under Debug / Info. Production means Loop was installed with TestFlight and Development means it was installed directly from Xcode. Loop uploads the value from 3.14.7; the next-dev branch does not yet.

LoopFollow 7.2 reads the APNS environment from the Nightscout profile that Loop uploads and shows it under Debug / Info, so the Environment Production toggle section is replaced. Production means Loop was installed with TestFlight and Development means it was installed directly from Xcode. Loop uploads the value from 3.14.7 (LoopKit/NightscoutKit#1 and LoopKit/NightscoutService#25); the next-dev branch does not include NightscoutService#25 yet. The Debug / Info and credentials screenshots are updated. Goes with loopandlearn/LoopFollow#776.
