The suite is validated against the 0.8.110-0.8.114 contract line (strict parse on every lane, KV singular_tolerance, the ordered plan lane behind the 1.9.366.2 engine floor); the loose floors admitted installs where those behaviors silently differ.

Floors the gemspec lutaml-model dependency at the 0.8.114 contract line (was: spec.add_dependency 'lutaml-model', '~>0.8.0').
The 0.8.110-0.8.114 line carries the strict-parse contract, the KV singular_tolerance behavior, and the ordered plan lane behind the leptris 1.9.366.2 engine floor; the previous loose floors admitted installs where those behaviors silently differ. This PR CI is the verification that genericode works against 0.8.114.
