Fixes #289.
Connection.createArrayOfandcreateStructthrew a bareUnsupportedOperationException. JDBC and the Appendix B policy inAGENTS.mdrequireSQLFeatureNotSupportedExceptionfor the N/AARRAYandSTRUCTtypes. Both now throw it, with a message that names the method.Test:
LibsqlConnectionTest#createArrayOfAndCreateStructThrowFeatureNotSupported../mvnw test -pl libsql-jdbc -amandspotless:applyare clean. Integration tests were not run.
