Co10:00:25 (inbox1198): drop the byte-exact pnpm-generated YAML wrapper classifier; generated tooling bytes are not SDK authority.
Validation: baseline879 causal RED18 pass/2 fail; patched publisher171/171 (installer17), workspace types and lint/format/architecture pass; actionlint and diff check pass. No local product build or packaging.
First real CI39398579665/a1 at879 remains genuine RED, not relabeled. Historical compiled output remains f5/a7ec. Prior285 forensic work is preserved on its old branch and entirely excluded from this PR. No diagnostic capture or new proof mechanism.
SOURCE PR ONLY against release/native-staging. Parent handles review/merge and ONE necessary publisher dispatch; this task does neither. No production GO.
