Machine-wide installs checked for already-installed SDKs and runtimes under the
native Program Files dotnet directory regardless of the process architecture.
In x86 PowerShell on x64 Windows, or x64 PowerShell on ARM64 Windows, that is
the wrong root, so missing components could be skipped. Select the root where
each architecture's installer actually puts them.
CFSClean2 is included by default (at least for some pipelines) but CFSClean is *not* and we're getting compliance issues filed because nuget.org is reached.
Adding CFSClean explicitly solves it.

Conflicts: AGENTS.md took incoming (testing docs moved to the testing skill, with repo project paths filled in); CONTRIBUTING.md kept repo NativeAOT docs plus the PublishNativeAOTTests note; Directory.Packages.props kept repo versions and took MTP 2.5.1; re-deleted test/Library.Tests/CalculatorTests.cs.

One or more custom setup steps configured for this repository failed during this Copilot code review run:
⚙ Install prerequisites
Setup steps run before each review. If the review above is missing context, or no review was posted at all, the failing step above may be the cause. See the workflow run for failure details, fix your setup steps configuration, and re-request a review.
Note
You can configure setup steps for Copilot code review separately from Copilot cloud agent with a copilot-code-review.yml file. Read the docs for details.
Restore the solution-wide test command and correct the test listing invocation. Keep dotnet-symbol at the version available on the configured package feed so CI tool restore succeeds.

✅ All modified and coverable lines are covered by tests.
✅ Project coverage is 77.88%. Comparing base (4679e8a) to head (b12f6e6). ⚠️ Report is 5 commits behind head on main.
Optional: replace the literal backtick-n sequence with an actual newline. Markdown does not interpret this PowerShell escape, so it disrupts the formatting between the sentences.
