Updates the Spanish, French and Chinese editor agent and keyboard shortcuts pages to say the agent opens with Cmd/Ctrl+J.
The English pages already changed from Cmd/Ctrl+I, and the shortcut no longer depends on visual mode or text selection, so the translated pages were telling readers the wrong keys.
Based on docs: update agent toggle shortcut to Cmd/Ctrl+J, which made the English change.

Overview
Spanish, French, and Chinese editor docs now match English: the agent opens with Cmd/Ctrl+J instead of Cmd/Ctrl+I.
On each locale’s agent page, the open instructions use the new keys and no longer say the shortcut only works when no text is selected. On each keyboard shortcuts table row for opening/closing the agent, the keys are updated and the extra notes about visual-only mode and selection are removed so the shortcut is described as editor-wide.
