  All built-in providers implement it. If you maintain a custom font provider, implementing this callback is optional for now but it will be required in Astro 8:

  wrangler dev --remote and getPlatformProxy() refresh their preview token before it expires, but a single failed refresh — for example while the network was briefly down — stopped refreshing for good, leaving the session broken until restart. Verified locally at 95c9d2b: bun install --frozen-lockfile, just check, and just build (all three sites) pass.

Release notes: the only notable change is that astro 7.4.0, @astrojs/mdx 8.1.0, and @astrojs/solid-js 7.1.0 raise the minimum Node to 22.22.0; the Nix dev shell ships Node 24. The new astro features are opt-in or experimental, and the wrangler 4.151.x releases don't touch static assets or run_worker_first. Enabling auto-merge.
