[Bug]: can't reuse old group name

Bug description

it seems that renamed group keeps an old id/slug

Steps to reproduce

1. create "group one"
2. rename "group one" as "group two"
3. try to create again "group one"
   "An error occurred during the request. Unable to proceed.
   group exists"

Expected behavior

creation should be allowed as group name is not taken

That is expected behavior, as only the display name is changed and not the id of the group
