This GitHub profile collects my technical portfolio work in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, service desk operations, Windows troubleshooting and Linux. I use the repositories to document what I configured, the issues I investigated and how I checked the results.
The Microsoft administration work was carried out in non-production lab environments. The Jira Service Management lab uses simulated support requests, while the knowledge base and Linux labs contain troubleshooting runbooks and command-line notes.
| Repository | Work completed | Documentation |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 & Entra ID Administration Portfolio | Configured tenant and domain settings, user and group administration, licensing, Microsoft Graph PowerShell workflows, role-based access, hybrid identity synchronization, Conditional Access and Microsoft Defender security controls. | Portfolio workstreams |
| Microsoft Intune Administration Portfolio | Verified Windows device registration status; created a dynamic device group; worked through enrollment readiness, restrictions, and Managed Google Play setup; resolved a missing Group Policy template setting; built a Windows provisioning package; and configured a policy-set container. | Portfolio workstreams |
| Jira Service Management ITSM Lab | Configured a service desk portal, request forms, seven simulated tickets, JQL-based queues, business-hours SLA targets and escalation documentation. | Workflow and evidence |
| IT Support & Help Desk Knowledge Base | Wrote troubleshooting runbooks covering Windows issues, network connectivity, endpoint protection, mobile device support and Hyper-V compatibility. | Runbook index |
| Linux Fundamentals & Security Labs | Documented Ubuntu command-line practice in WSL and Hyper-V, including Bash, SSH, file permissions, searching, text processing and secure file handling. | Linux lab notes |
The Microsoft 365 and Intune repositories use technical workstreams with numbered phases and screenshots beside the relevant configuration or troubleshooting steps. The Jira lab records request workflows, ticket examples, queues and SLAs. The knowledge base contains structured troubleshooting runbooks, while the Linux repository organizes command-line work into practical notes.
